Intonation and auditory analysis - Research of the effectiveness of modern applications in the field of IT

Abstract:

Tato magisterská práce se zabývá intonací, podmínkami výuky hudební intonace, zkoumá dopady faktorů, které ovlivňují výsledky v oblasti hudebnosti, potažmo intonace, coby dovednosti získané jednak díky prostředí, kde student vyrůstá, ale především vzděláním, které zprostředkovávají školní instituce, potažmo vyučující hudební výchovy a hudební teorie atp. Dále nabízí pohled na vybraná pozorování a výzkumy v oblasti hudební výchovy související s výukou intonace. Následuje prostor pro zamyšlení nad kvalifikací učitelů hudební teorie na Základních uměleckých školách a jejich další vzdělání. Pokračuje podkapitolou o nedostatečném důrazu na intonaci v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu, a dále standardizací testů z intonace. Další část je věnována intonaci v kontextu informačních technologií a základní teorii, kterou by měli samouci intonace znát. Posléze je dán prostor vybraným aplikacím. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu na získaném vzorku studentů, metodice, analýze dat, diskuze a závěry výzkumu.

Abstract:

This master's thesis deals with intonation, conditions of teaching musical intonation, and examines the impacts of factors influencing outcomes in the field of musicality, particularly intonation, as a skill acquired both due to the environment in which the student grows up and, primarily, the education provided by educational institutions, especially music teachers and music theory instructors, etc. Furthermore, it offers a perspective on selected observations and research in the field of music education related to the teaching of intonation. It is followed by a space for reflection on the qualifications of music theory teachers at Basic Art Schools and their further education. It continues with a subsection on the insufficient emphasis on intonation in the Framework Educational Program, and the standardization of intonation tests. The next part is dedicated to intonation in the context of information technology and the basic theory that self-taught intonation learners should know. Subsequently, space is given to selected applications. The practical part of the work is devoted to research on a sample of students, methodology, data analysis, discussion, and conclusions of the research.
