Diplomová práce se zabývá mediací, jako metodou alternativního řešení sporů, především z hlediska jejího účelu a praktického využití. The thesis focuses on Mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method with an emphasis on its purpose and practical use. At first it defines basic principles upon which the Mediation is built, following by the introduction of areas in which the Mediation is used.
