Záchovné operace získávají v posledních letech stále větší význam v operativě aortálních chlopenních vad. Kombinují výhody absence umělých chlopenních náhrad a eliminace antikoagulační léčby. Abstract:
In recent years, valve-sparing surgery gaining great importance to surgery of aortic valve disease. There are benefits of the absence of artificial valvular prosthesis and elimination of anticoagulation drugs.
