V této práci jsou rozebrána jednotlivá ustanovení českého trestního práva zabývající se trestem vyhoštění spolu s krátkým historickým náhledem na tuto problematiku. Následně je provedeno srovnání tohoto institutu se správním vyhoštěním dle zákona č. 326/1999 Sb. This piece of work analyses the particular provisions of the Czech penal law dealing with the sentence of expulsion together with a brief historical outline of these issues. Furthermore, there is a comparison of this institute with administrative expulsion pursuant to the Act No. 326/1999 Sb.
