Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá českými olympijskými medailisty, analyzuje jejich sportovní úspěchy od historie po současnost a bere v potaz důležitost prostředí, ve kterém se narodili. Odhaluje, co je skryto pod často skloňovaným pojmem úspěch a zároveň zkoumá do jaké míry je důležitý talent, píle, rodinné zázemí a finančních možnosti ke sportovnímu rozvoji. This bachelor thesis is aimed to the Czech Olympic medallists, it analyses their sports achievements from past to present and consideres the importance of the environment where they were born.
