Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce sú zručnosti bankových manažérov. Zaoberá sa nevyhnutnými kompetenciami manažéra na vykonávanie bankovej manažérskej praxe. Zámerom bakalárskej práce je poukázať na vybrané zručnosti. Práca analyzuje a hodnotí manažérske zručnosti. Cieľom práce sú aj návrhy na zefektívnenie činnosti bankových manažérov.
