Working environment to support the implementation of agile methods in the organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů pracovního prostředí, při zavádění agilního řízení v organizaci a snaží se zjistit, jak tyto faktory ovlivňují kvalitu osvojování si těchto metod. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První část práce se věnuje vymezení teoretických pojmů, jako je pracovní prostředí, sociální psychologie práce a agilní metody, které jsou pro dané téma klíčové. Následně jsou identifikovány bariéry, které mohou nastat při zavádění agilních metod do organizace nastat. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou hloubkových rozhovorů, který má za cíl získat informace z praxe a porovnat je s teoretickou části práce. Získané informace jsou následně porovnávány s teoretickou části. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům a doporučením řešené problematiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of working environment factors and tries to find out how these factors influence the quality of learning these methods at agile transformation. Thesis was divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on the definition of theoretical concepts such as the working environment, social psychology of work and agile methods that are key for the given topic. Then the barriers which may occure at agile transformation are identified. In the practical part is done qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews, which aims to obtain information from practice and compare it with the theoretical part. The obtained information is then compared with the theoretical part. The conclusion of the thesis interprets suggestions as well as recommendations of the solved issues.
