Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dílo polského spisovatele Andrzeje Sapkowského. Konkrétně na legendy a mýty v jeho populární sérii Zaklínač. Teoretická část popíše život a dílo autora. Stručně charakterizuje fantastickou literaturu a pojmy jako legenda a mýtus. Dále práce nastíní keltské, severogermánské a slovanské mýty a legendy, kterými se autor nejvíc inspiroval. This bachelor thesis is focused on work of polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. Specifically on legends and myths in his popular series The Witcher. Theoretical part will describe life and work of the author. It will briefly characterize fantasy literature and words like legend and myth.
