Electric Current and Signals for Agricultural Tractors

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl představit čtenáři možnost modernizace části elek-troinstalačního rozvodu kabeláže v sériově vyráběném traktoru značky Zetor. Na začátku práce je čtenář seznámen se základními principy vzniku samotného elek-trického proudu a jeho vedením, konkrétně při návrhu a konstrukci kabelových svazků. Zde jsou popsány i nejčastější požadavky kladené na konstrukci samotného svazku, a to od návrhu vodiče s jeho izolací až po vytvoření kabelových svazků. Dále je zde zahrnuta i část věnovaná samotné výrobě konkrétního kabelového svazku ve specializované firmě včetně jeho testování při výrobě a před jeho expedicí k zákaz-níkovi. Závěr práce se věnuje samotné implementaci nově navrženého kabelového svazku, včetně jeho srovnání s minulou verzí a ekonomické bilanci.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introdukce the possibility of modernizing part of the wiring installation in the mass-produced Zetor tractor to the reader. At the beginning of the work, the reader is acquainted with the basic principles of the elect-ric current itself, its flow, specifically in the design and construction of cable harness. Here are also described the most common requirements for the construction of the harness itself, from the design of the conductor and its insulation to the creation of cable harness. Also included is a section dedicated to the actual production of a par-ticular cable harness in a specialized company, including its testing during produ-ction and before its shipment to the customer. The conclusion deals with the imple-mentation of the newly designed cable harness, including its comparison with the previous version and the economic balance.
