Abstract:

Tématem mé práce jsou ženy jako pachatelky trestných činů. Cílem práce je popsat rysy ženské kriminality, osobnosti pachatelky a současný vývoj ženské kriminality v České Republice. Zaměřila jsem se na specifika ženské kriminality, teorie kriminality žen a psychické poruchy. Důležitou problematikou, které jsem se věnovala, byly také ženy ve vězení a současný stav věznic v české republice.

Abstract:

The theme of my work are women as female crimes. In the work I try to describe the features of female crime, the personality of female crime and the current development of female crime in the Czech Republic. I focused on the specifics of female crime, theories of crime women and mental disorders. An important issue, which I pay were also women in prison and the current state of the estate in the Czech republic.
