Abstract:

ANOTACE NOTACENOTACE JELÍNKOVÁ, Štěpánka. Pojetí sociální práce v dětských domovech se školou v České republice. Brno: Fakulta sociálních studií, 2013. 18110 slov. Diplomová práce. Diplomová práce se zabývá pozicí sociálních pracovníků v dětských domovech se školou na území České republiky. Teoretická část popisuje výkon ústavního zařízení a základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti sociální práce. Výzkumná část se zabývá metodologií provedeného šetření, analýzou získaných dat a výsledky šetření. Zkoumání byla podrobena zejména problematika postavení a náplně práce sociálních pracovníků, z nichž se odvíjí současné pojetí sociální práce v těchto zařízeních. Zjišťovány byly i subjektivní pocity sociálních pracovníků z výkonu své profese. Z výsledků vyplynuly některé důležité závěry, které by mohly být cílem dalšího zkoumání.

Dissertation (thesis) This thesis deals with the position of social workers in children's homes with schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the performance of a particular facility and basic theoretical knowledge in the field of social work. The research section deals with the methodology of the investigation, data analysis and results of the investigation. The examination was subjected to particularly the issue of the status and content of social workers, one of which is based on the current understanding of social work in these facilities. As well social workers´ subjective feelings from exercising their profession were measured. The results showed some important conclusions that could be targeted for further investigation.
