Typology of children in Residential Care Přestavlky

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dětí s poruchami chování a emocí, které vyrůstají v institucionální výchově. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část má za úkol nastínit především vývoj osobnosti a socializaci u dítěte s poruchu chování a emocí. V teoretické části je také zahrnuta charakteristika nejčastějších problémů, které děti do ústavní výchovy přivádějí s ohledem právě na poruchy chování a emocí. Praktickou část tvoří biografie pěti dětí umístěných ve Výchovně-léčebném oddělení Přestavlky. Kvalitativní výzkum byl zaměřen na postihnutí co nejširšího pohledu na problémy, které děti do tohoto zařízení přivádí. Biografie každého respondenta má tři části. První část vždy vychází z podrobné analýzy veškeré dostupné osobní dokumentace každého z vybraných dětí. Druhou část tvoří polostrukturovaný rozhovor s každým respondentem.Třetí část tvoří výstup z analýzy tří oblastí kompetencí dítěte – oblast sociálních, konativních a kognitivních kompetencí. Všechna získaná data jsem také zahrnula do biografie a analýzy kompetencí dítěte. Výsledkem jsou komplexní obrazy osobnosti dětí, které vypovídají o jejich charakteristice a potřebách pro další výchovné působení nejen ve VLO.

Abstract:

This thesis describes issues of children with emotional and behavioral disorders, who grow up in institutional care. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals development of personality and socialization children with behavioral and emotional disorders. The theoretical part covers the characteristics of the most common problems that children with behavioral and emotional disorders get into institutional care. The practical part consists of five biographies of children placed in education-treatment department Prestavlky. Qualitative research was aimed at describing the broadest possible view of the problems that children in this facility brings. Biography of each respondent has three parts. The first part is always based on a detailed analysis of all available personal dossier of each of the selected children. The second part consists of interviews with each respondentem.The third part is the output from the analysis of the three areas of competence of the child - the social, conative and cognitive skills. All obtained data were also included in the biography and analysis skills of the child. The result is a comprehensive picture of the character of children, which inform about their characteristics and needs for further education both in the in education-treatment department Prestavlky. .
