Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití oboru Fyzioterapie k prevenci a terapii zranění ledních hokejistů. V první části práce, je stručně popsána historie, charakteristika a pravidla ledního hokeje. Dále je v této části zmíněna výzbroj a výstroj, sezónní tréninkový cyklus a dovednosti hráče. V poslední řadě jsou zde popsány fyzické a psychické nároky na hráče. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní úrazy, které se u hráčů vyskytují nejčastěji. Je zde popsáno výzkumné šetření, které proběhlo se spoluúčastí extraligových týmů ledního hokeje. Data jsou zpracovány do grafů a úrazy jsou řazeny dle anatomických oblastí. V průběhu praktické části jsou popsány možnosti terapie fyzioterapeuta. Dále je také zmíněna prevence, která zahrnuje kompenzační cvičení, protahovací cvičení, uvolňovací cvičení, posilování, regeneraci, samotný trénink hráče a alternativní kompenzaci, jako je například taping a kineziotaping.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of using physiotherapy for the prevention and therapy of various injuries incurred by ice - hockey players. The first part of the work briefly describes the history, characterstics and rules of ice - hockey. Equipment and gear, seasonal training cycles and the skills of the player are also mentioned. In addition, the physical and psychological demands on the player cannot be omitted. The second part of this thesis focuses on specific injuries which can most frequently be incurred by players. The research described in this section was completed with the co-operation of extra league ice - hockey teams. Data is presented in graphical form and the injuries are arranged according to anatomical areas. The practical section deals with the methods of physiotherapy. Also mentioned is prevention which includes compensatory exercise, stretching, strenght training, regeneration, the training session itself and alternative compensations such as taping and kinesio taping.
