Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak se změnily vztahy mezi Brazilskou federativní republikou a Afrikou po nástupu Lula da Silvy. První kapitola zaznamenává přeměnu Brazílie v regionální mocnost, její stagnaci v letech 2015 - 2016 a změny v brazilské zahraniční politice v období 2003 - 2018. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how the relations between the Federative Republic of Brazil and Africa have changed after the ascension of Lula da Silva. The first chapter records the transformation of Brazil into regional power, its stagnation between 2015 - 2016 and the changes of Brazilian foreign policy in the period 2003 - 2018.
