Father’s presence and role in the family

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zmapování oblasti porozvodové péče, způsobů řešení porozvodového uspořádání rodiny a podíl orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Vzhledem k tomu, že se budu v převážné míře věnovat otcům a jejich dětem, zajímají mě především jejich vztahy a důsledky porozvodového uspořádání. Hlavním cílem je pak specifikovat nedostatky v neúplných rodinách, psychický vývoj dětí, jež v tomto prostředí vyrůstají a negativní vlivy, jež je mohou ovlivňovat v budoucím životě. Úvodní kapitoly by měly v rámci teoretické části práce vysvětlit základní pojmy, jako je rodina, role matky, role otce. Dále pak základní vymezení příčin neúplných rodin, způsoby svěřování do péče, činnost orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dítěte a právní rámec této problematiky. V rámci praktické části budou vyhodnoceny dotazníky a rozhovory, jež nám objasní situace týkající se vztahů dítěte s matkou a otcem v rámci úplné rodiny, vztahy k oběma rodičům v době, kdy již rodina není úplná, pocity dítěte v době, kdy bylo na rodičích závislé a nyní, když jsou dospělí, zda dříve i nyní souhlasili s rozhodnutím soudu a další otázky, jež je ovlivnily.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the analyzing post-divorse care, ways of post-divorse arragement of the family solving and interest of social and legal protection of childern autorities. In particular, I´m interested in the relationship of fathers and their children and consequences of post-divorse arragement. The main objective is the specification of single-parent families shortcomings, psychological development of childern that grow up in this surroundings and adverse effects which may affect them in the future life. The introductory chapter explains basic concepts, such as family, the role of mother, the father´s role. Furthermore, the basic causes of single-parent families, ways of entrusting the care, activities of social and legal protection of children authorities and the legal framework of the issue. In the practical part the queties are evaluated, clarify the situation concerning child and mother and father relationships in a two-parent family, relationship to both parents in one-parent family, child´s feelings at the time of dependence on parents, and in adulthood, whether they agreed with the court decision, and other issues which have influenced them.
