Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče žilních vstupů PICC, PORT a MIDLINE. Teoretická část práce popisuje jednotlivé typy katétrů, jejich indikace, kontraindikace, komplikace a doporučené postupy ošetřování. Výzkumná část se věnuje popisu metodiky, analýze výsledků zúčastněného pozorování hodnoceného dle check-listu. Pro tuto diplomovou práci byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda výzkumu. Sběr dat probíhal formou zúčastněného pozorování a data byla zaznamenávána do check-listu, která byla následně analyzována a vyhodnocena, jak slovně, tak tabulkou a grafem. Cílem bylo zjistit míry dodržování těchto postupů v klinické praxi. Výsledky ukazují, že většina výkonů je prováděna správně, přesto byly zaznamenány nedostatky. Tyto nedostatky byly v oblastech dodržování hygienické dezinfekce rukou, dezinfekce katétrů, aseptických a bariérových postupů při manipulaci s katétry. Práce navrhuje doporučení ke zlepšení praxe a zdůrazňuje význam pravidelného vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu. Výstupem této diplomové práce je návrh standardu ošetřovatelské péče.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of nursing care of PICC, PORT and MIDLINE venous accesses. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the individual types of catheters, their indications, contraindications, complications and recommended nursing procedures. The research part is devoted to the description of the methodology, analysis of the results of participant observation evaluated according to the checklist. A quantitative research method was chosen for this diploma thesis. Data collection was carried out in the form of participant observation and the data were recorded in a checklist, which was subsequently analyzed and evaluated, both verbally and in a table and graph. The aim was to determine the level of compliance with these procedures in clinical practice. The results show that most procedures are performed correctly, but shortcomings were noted. These shortcomings were in the areas of compliance with hygienic hand disinfection, catheter disinfection, aseptic and barrier procedures when handling catheters. The thesis proposes recommendations for improving practice and emphasizes the importance of regular training of medical personnel. The output of this diploma thesis is a proposal for a standard of nursing care.
