The adaption of the new employees in selected organization

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza adaptačního procesu v konkrétní Organizaci se zaměřením na očekávání zainteresovaných aktérů ve vztahu k adaptačnímu procesu a míra jejich naplnění. Na základě teoretických konceptů vycházející z literatury jsou definovány oblasti a fáze adaptace, které jsou předmětem zkoumání v empirické části práce. Následně rozkrývám význam jednotlivých oblastí a fází adaptace ve vztahu k očekáváním zainteresovaných aktérů a zjišťuji, jakým způsobem ovlivňují adaptační proces v konkrétní Organizaci. Výsledky empirického výzkumu jsou konfrontovány s teoretickými východisky a přístupem Organizace. Na základě výzkumných závěrů práce jsou předložena doporučení pro Organizaci.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the adaptation process in a particular Organization focusing on expectations of involved participants in relation to the adaptation process and the extent of their fulfilment. On the ground of theoretical concepts based on the literature, dimensions and phases of the adaptation are defined as an object of the empirical research. Afterwards, I reveal the importance of the particular dimensions and phases in relation to the expectations of involved participants and I detect how they influence the adaptation process in the particular Organization. The results of the empirical research are compared with theoretical concepts and the attitude of the Organization. On the basis of the empirical conclusions of the thesis, I propose the recommendation for the Organization.
