Abstract:

Otázka efektivně vedeného pracovního týmu je po mnoho let bezpochyby široce rozsáhlým tématem k výzkumu na sociálně ekonomickém poli a také v souvislé oblasti psychosociální. Je to nejen otázka osobnosti manažera a jeho schopností, ale jde zároveň o spolupráci pracovního týmu. Proto je základní definicí dobře vedeného pracovního kolektivu schopnost efektivní interakce. Nakolik by měl manažer osobní předpoklady a kvalitního vzdělání v oboru, natolik by byla jeho snaha zbytečná v případě nezkoordinovaného pracovního týmu. Tak bohatý výzkumný záměr by se do rozsahu závěrečné práce nemohl úspěšně vměstnat. Výzkumná otázka byla proto zúžena na hypotézu autority manažera a možnosti jejího rozvíjení. Souvisejícím hlediskem průzkumu byl v zadané práci rozbor kompetencí manažera. V teoretické části práce byla popsána problematika autority manažera s ohledem na jeho osobní předpoklady a společenskou reflexi pracovních schopností při vedení kolektivu. Praktická část práce byla obecně vedena kvalitativním rozborem ankety. Zá-věrečná práce byla koncipována převážně jako teoreticko – empi-rická. Předmětem výzkumu byla jednak kvalitativní analýza elektronicky reprodukované ankety anonymním respondentům a také doplňující autoevaluační dotazník angažovaného manažera. Ukázalo se, že některé z otázek respondenti zodpověděli v negativním významu a bylo zapotřebí doplnit průzkum mínění pracovního týmu o názor a vyjádření samotného manažera. Ze závěru výzkumu by pak mělo vyplynout, jakým způsobem ve stručnosti přistupovat k lidskému pracovnímu potenciálu tak, aby byly výsledky společné práce týmu ekonomicky úspěšné a také psychosociálně přínosné. Při posuzování autority manažera je důležitý hlavně postoj takového člověka ke svěřené práci v principu. Na této úrovni pracovního zařazení je měřítkem nejen finančně profitující organizace podniku ale i sociálně trvale únosná situace v pracovním kolektivu. Společensky orientovaná spokojenost zainteresovaných členů pracovního týmu je často obousměrně působícím faktorem úspěchu při pracovních úkolech. Cílem závěrečné práce bylo pokusit se zjistit, nakolik je dobře vnímaný manažer také dobře fungujícím vedoucím pracovního kolektivu na základě uplatňování své osobní autority. Bylo však pochopitelně obtížné určit, zda se při průzkumu nedopouští respondenti nesprávných úsudků na základě falešných předsudků například. Analýza výsledků průzkumu nemohla přitom jistě postihnout všechny aspekty reálně fungující autority zainteresovaného manažera.

Abstract:

For many years, the question of an effectively led work team has undoubtedly been a broad topic for research in the socio-economic field, as well as in the coherent psychosocial field. It is not only a question of the personality of the manager and his abilities, but it is also about the cooperation of the work team. Therefore, the basic definition of a well-run team is the ability to interact effectively. How much would the manager have personal prerequisites and quality education in the industry, his efforts would be unnecessary in the case of an uncoordinated work team. Such a rich research plan could not successfully fit into the scope of the final thesis. The research question was therefore narrowed to the hypothesis of manager authority and possibilities of its development. A related aspect of the survey was the analysis of the competencies of the manager. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issue of manager's authority with regard to his personal prerequisites and social reflection of working abilities in the management of the team. The practical part of the work was generally led by qualitative analysis of the survey. The theses was conceived mainly as theoretical - empirical. The subject of the research was both a qualitative analysis of an electronically reproduced survey for anonymous respondents and a supplementary self-evaluation questionnaire of an engaged manager. It turned out that some of the questions were answered in a negative way by the respondents and it was necessary to supplement the opinion survey of the work team with the opin-ion and statements of the manager himself. The conclusion of the research should show how to briefly ap-proach to the human working potential so that the results of the team work together are economically successful and also psychoso-cially beneficial. When assessing the authority of a manager, the attitude of such a person to the assigned work in principle is important. At this job level it is a measure not only of financially profitable organization of the company but also of socially sustainable situation in the working team. Socially oriented satisfaction of working team members is often a bidirectional factor in success of work tasks. The aim of the thesis was to try to find out how well a well-behaved manager is also a well functioning team leader based on the exercise of his personal authority. However, it was understandably difficult to determine whether respondents were guilty of misjudgment based on false prejudices, for exam-ple. Survey analysis of the survey could not cover all aspects of the real functioning authority of the concerned manager.
