Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou abusu alkoholických nápojů a jeho regulaci v Evropské unii. Cílem je uvést vliv alkoholu na jedince a dané členské státy, účinnost povahy opatření včetně zvláštního zdanění alkoholu v podobě spotřební daně a daně z přidané hodnoty. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of alcoholic beverages and its regulation in the European Union. The aim is to indicate the effect of alcohol on individuals and member states concerned, the effectiveness of the nature of the measure, including the specific taxation of alcohol in the form of excise duty and value added tax.
