Design of Injection Mold for Fuel System Pump Part with Simulations
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vstřikovací formy pro díl čerpadla palivového systému včetně simulací. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši zabývající se polymerními materiály, problematikou technologie vstřikování termoplastů, vstřikovacími stroji a vstřikovacími formami. V praktické části je popsána navržená vstřikovací forma a výsledky tokové analýzy.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the design of injection mould for fuel system pump part including simulations. The theoretical part includes a literature search dealing with polymer materials, thermoplastic injection technology, injection machines and injection moulds. The practical part describes the designed injection mould and the results of flow analysis.
