Cybercrime from the perspective of high school students

Abstract:

Trestných činů spáchaných v kybernetickém prostoru stále přibývá. Roste počet mladistvých pachatelů do 18 let, přičemž jejich vnímání rizik může do jisté míry ovlivňovat nárůst trestné činnosti. Práce nazvaná „Kyberkriminalita pohledem středoškolského studenta“ je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy a projevy kyberkriminality, se kterými se studenti nejčastěji setkávají. Kvalitativní výzkum provedený metodou focus group a metodou individuálních rozhovorů se studenty je obsahem druhé části práce. Na základě zjištěných znalostí, zkušeností a postojů v dané problematice se pokusíme zjistit, jak středoškolský student vnímá rizika v kyberprostoru.

Abstract:

Crimes committed in cyberspace are on the rise. The number of juvenile offenders under the age of 18 is also growing, and their perception of risk may to some extent influence the upsurge in crime. The work is entitled "Cybercrime from the perspective of a high school student" and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the concepts and manifestations of cybercrime, which students most often encounter. Qualitative research, conducted by the focus group method and the method of individual interviews with students, is the content of the second part of the work. Based on the knowledge, experience and attitudes in the issue, our goal will be to determine how a high school student perceives risks in cyberspace.
