Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem amerických hypoték na českém bankovním trhu. Na začátku je vymezena právní úprava neúčelových hypotečních úvěrů, jejich základní parametry a obchodní podmínky. V další části práce je provedena podrobná analýza a následná komparace amerických hypoték u 13 bank působících na českém bankovním trhu. The bachelor thesis is concerned with the topic of american mortgages on the czech banking market. In the beginning, the legal regulation of non-purpose loans and their basic parametres and business conditions are defined.
