Transformation from natural person to legal person
Abstract:
Diplomová práce bude analyzovat problematiku přeměny podniku osoby samostatně výdělečně činné na obchodní společnost z účetního a daňového hlediska, ale i z hlediska finančního zatížení. Tato analýza bude řešena jak ze strany podnikatele, tak ze strany obchodní společnosti na zvolených typech přeměny.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is aimed to analyse problems of transformation of self-employment business to company from accounting and tax perspective as well as from financial burden perspective. This analysis will examine different chosen types of transformation from the point of view of a businessperson as well as from a company´s point of view.
