Abstract:
Práce se zabývá historickým vývojem a současnou právní regulací směnárenství. V souvislosti s přípravou nového zákona č. 277/2013 Sb., o směnárenské činnosti, se budu zabývat rozborem jeho ustanovení a dále komparací se zákonem č. 219/1995 Sb., devizový zákon. Problémem současné platné právní úpravy je, že neposkytuje dostatečnou ochranu klientům směnáren. Pokusím se tady zodpovědět otázku, zda nový …more

The bachelor´s thesis deals with historical context and current legal regulation of Bureau-de-change activities. It focuses on the newly adopted Act No. 277/2013 Coll., on Bureau-de-change activities and comparison with the prior legal source governing this area of law (Act No. 219/1995 Coll., Foreign Exchange Act).
