Diplomová práce pojednává o právní úpravě nekalé soutěže, zejména se zaměřuje na její trestněprávní regulaci. V celé práci je rozebírán vztah a vzájemná propojenost civilněprávní a trestněprávní úpravy nekalé soutěže v kontextu jednotlivých časových období od prvotních úprav nekalé soutěže na našem území, až po současnou právní regulaci nekalé soutěže.
