The impact of crisis government measures on communal recreation in the village of Bohuslavice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunální rekreací a vlivem krizových opatření Vlády ČR v důsledku koronavirové pandemie na její podobu v obci Bohuslavice. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy z oblasti komunální rekreace, následuje představení obce, její SWOT analýza a komparace stavu komunální rekreace před a po usnesení krizových opatření Vlády ČR v souvislosti s výskytem koronaviru. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy navrhnout doporučení pro oblast komunální rekreace s ohledem na usnesení jednotlivých vládních opatření, ale také s ohledem na preference a zájmy místních občanů. V práci byla použita metoda dotazování technikou dotazníku a SWOT analýza. Na jejich základě lze potvrdit, že občané hodnotí možnosti komunální rekreace v obci jako dostatečné, ale uvítali by rozšíření nabídky volnočasových aktivit v zimním období, nabídky sportovních akcí a nabídky kurzů pro dospělé i seniory. Také zvýšení bezpečnosti na dětských hřištích a zamezení aktivit, které jsou pro dětská hřiště nepřípustné. S ohledem na zkušenosti z období restriktivních opatření Vlády ČR v důsledku koronavirové pandemi, pak vyplývá, že by se obec měla zaměřit na rekonstrukci dětských hřišť, výstavbu dalších cyklostezek či tras pro turistiku a výstavba nových ploch pro pohybovou aktivitu mládeže. Dále zintenzivnit komunikaci s občany přes sociální sítě, díky kterých budou občané informování o veškerých změnách týkající se života v obci a budou motivování k pohybu k v době trvání restriktivních opatření Vlády ČR.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the government's coronavirus restriction on the communal recreation of the village called Bohuslavice. The theoretical part explains basic terms from the area of communal recreation, which is followed by a description of the village, an SWOT analysis of the village and a comparison of the situation of the communal recreation before and after the coronavirus restrictions. The aim of this thesis is to suggest a recommendation for the area of communal recreation based on an analysis, taking into consideration the governmental restrictions as well as the citizens' preferences. An SWOT analysis and questionnaires were used in this thesis. These methods confirm that the citizens view the situation of the communal recreation as sufficient, however, they would appreciate a wider offer of free time activities during winter, sport events and classes for both adults and seniors. They would also appreciate a higher security of children's playgrounds as well as banning activities that are impermissible for them. Considering the experiences with the governmental restrictions, the village should focus on reconstructing children's playgrounds and building new cycling or turistic trails and new places for movement activities of the young. They should also intensify the communication with the citizens through social media in order to inform them about important changes in the village and motivate them to move
