Příčinou vzniku dluhové krize v Evropě bylo systematické neplnění dohodnutých pravidel zakotvených v Paktu stability. Abstract:
The cause of the debt crisis in Europe was the systematic non-compliance with agreed rules enshrined in the Stability Pact. Monitoring of compliance with the Stability and Growth Pact, respectively Maastricht criteria is significantly affected by the reporting methods of public debt.
