Bakalářská práce se zabývá postupem při převodu akcií na jméno a jeho jednotlivými kroky. Zaměřuje se především na smlouvu o převodu, rubopis, omezení převoditelnosti akcií, účinnost a registraci převodu, seznam akcionářů a samostatně převoditelná práva. The bachelor thesis deals with the procedure of transfer of registered shares and its stages. It primarily focuses on share transfer agreement, endorsement, restrictions on transfer, efficiency of transfer, a egistration of transfer, a list of shareholders and separately transferable rights.
