Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá bakterií Clostridium difficile a výskytem klostridiové kolitidy v Moravskoslezském kraji v letech 2002-2011. V teoretické části je popsán rod Clostridium, jeho taxonomie, nejznámější druhy z tohoto rodu a historie jejich objevů. Dále je popsána bakterie Clostridium difficile spolu s etiologií, epidemiologií, patogenezí a klinickým obrazem klostridiové kolitidy. Následně je uvedena diagnostika, terapie a prevence tohoto onemocnění. V praktické části byla analyzována data podle jednotlivých charakteristik. Data byla filtrována podle jednotlivých let a dále podle věkových skupin, pohlaví, územního pracoviště a místa izolace. Zahrnuty byly také údaje o případných úmrtích či epidemii.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the germ so called Clostridium difficile and the incidence of CDI in the Moravian-Silesian region in 2002-2011. The theoretical part describes the genus Clostridium, it´s taxonomy, the most well known species and history of their discoveries. Furthermore the bacterium Clostridium difficile is described along with etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis and clinical presentation of CDI. In consequence a diagnosis, therapy and prevention of this disease are stated. In the practical part, the data, according to certain characteristics, were analyzed. The data were classified according to years, age group, sex, regional workstation and the place of isolation. The information about death rate and epidemics was also included.
