Práce se zabývá Managementem podle kompetencí, jenž se proaktivním způsobem snaží maximalizovat výsledky lidské práce. V první části jsou popsány základní myšlenky a přístupy této metodiky spolu s cílem, který by měl být výsledkem její aplikace. The thesis discusses Management by Competencies that tries to maximize results of human work by proactive approach. The first chapter describes the basic ideas and approaches of this methodology, together with a goal that should be the result of its implementation.
