In vitro reactivation of butyrylcholinesterase inhibited by organophosphorus inhibitors of cholinesterases
Abstract:
Stěžejním důsledkem expozice organofosfáty je inhibice neuronální acetylcholinesterázy. K profylaxi otrav je možné substitučně použít enzym butyrylcholinesterázu. Ekonomicky výhodnou strategií je i reaktivace tohoto již inhibovaného enzymu.
Abstract:
Inhibition of neuronal acetylcholinesterase is the most important effect of organophosphate exposure. Enzyme of butyrylcholinesterase is possible to use to profylaxis of poissoning. Economically profitable strategy is also reactivation of this inhibited enzyme.
