Using Lean Start-up Methods in Starting an Online Project
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na popis metody Lean Sartup, na popis možných postupů její aplikace na praktickém příkladu a na stručné porovnání s alternativními metodami vývoje softwarového produktu. Cílem práce je formulace doporučení pro užití metody pro podnikání v prostředí internetu.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on describing The Lean Startup method, and possible ways for its application in a real online project. The thesis also tries to, briefly, compare this method with other alternative methods of software product development. The goal of the thesis is to formulate recommendations for the entrepreneurship in the Internet environment.
