Abstract:

Anaerobní baktérie jsou významnou příčinou v řadě závažných infekcích. Tyto rozmanité infekce jsou lokalizovány kdekoliv v lidském těle. Nejčastěji se nacházejí na sliznicích v dutině ústní, respiračním traktu, v gastrointestinálním traktu, v ženském močopohlavním systému a v rektu. Tato široká rozmanitost infekcí může být spojená s významnou nemocností a úmrtností, zvláště, když lékaři nepoznají infekci, nebo, když je vybrána neúčinná antibakteriální léčba a nepostačující chirurgická léčba. Typickými znaky anaerobní infekce jsou abscesy a rány, které odporně zapáchají a je přítomná nekrotická tkáň. Neustále se zvyšuje rezistence anaerobních baktérií na antibiotika, která se běžně používají při léčbě. Zvláště na klindamycin u něhož rezistence stoupla ze 14% na 29,2% v současné době. Je nutné provádět testy citlivosti anaerobních baktérií vůči antibiotikům. Používá se disková difuzní metoda, která je vhodná pro rychle rostoucí a nenáročné baktérie. Dále E test, který je vhodnější na růstově náročnější baktérie. Při léčbě je nutné vycházet z těchto testů citlivosti a aplikovat takové antibakteriální látky na které jsou bakterie citlivé.

Abstract:

Anaerobic bacteria represent a significant cause of several serious infections. These various infections can be located anywhere inside the human body. Their most frequent locations include mucosa in oral cavity, the respiratory tract, the gastrointestinal tract, the female genitourinary system and the rectum. This wide variety of infections may be associated with serious morbidity and mortality, especially when physicians are not able to identify the infection or if they select an inefficient anti-bacterial treatment and insufficient surgical treatment. Typical signs of anaerobic infection include abscesses and wounds with disgusting smell and bear the slough tissue. The resistance of anaerobic bacteria to regularly used antibiotics undergoes permanent increase. That concerns mainly Klindamycine, where the resistance has risen from 14% to 29,2% recently. It is necessary to perform sensitivity tests to determine the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics. The process used is the disk diffusion method, which is suitable for rapidly growing and unpretentious bacteria. Furthermore there is the E-test, which is more suitable for bacteria with more demanding growth. During treatment it is necessary to follow these sensitivity tests and to apply such anti-bacterial substances, which are not sensitive to bacteria.
