Corporate culture supporting dynamic development of a company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem „Podniková kultura podporující dynamický rozvoj podniku“ je v části teoretické podat stručný přehled poznatků z oblasti podnikové kultury a objasnit vliv, který má podniková kultura na rozvoj a výkonnost podniku. V teoretické části jsou také definovány základní typologie podnikové kultury, které jsou následně využity v empirické části pro diagnostiku stávající podnikové kultury společnosti Emerson. V druhé části bakalářské práce je zmapována míra dosavadní fluktuace zaměstnanců společnosti Emerson a analyzovány možné příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců v minulosti. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo odhalit možné příčiny pracovní nespokojenosti stávajících výrobních i nevýrobních dělníků, které by mohly být eventuelně v budoucnu i důvodem k jejich odchodu z firmy a vyčíslení finančních nákladů, které takto společnost ušetří

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis titled „Corporate culture supporting dynamic development of a company“ is in its theoretical part to give a brief overview of knowledge gained in the organisational culture area and to explain the influence, which the organisational culture has on the development and company performance. Within the theoretical part, the basic typologies of organisational culture are also defined. These typologies are consequently used out for the diagnostics of the current organisational culture of the Emerson company in the empiric part of the thesis. In the second part of the Bachelor´s thesis, the labour turnover of former Emerson employees is monitored and possible causes of their job dissatisfaction in the past are analysed. The main focus of this thesis especially was to reveal possible causes of the job dissatisfaction of present direct and indirect employees, which could eventually in the future
