Architectonical study and project of building permission of a family house which provides the owner with high living comfort but low operating costs - especially the energetic ones

Abstract:

Snižování energetické náročnosti budov je trend, který můžeme ve stavebnictví pozorovat již od 80. let minulého století. V posledních letech se však výstavba nízkoenergetických domů těší stále větší oblibě. Svůj díl na tom nese zejména technologický vývoj, stále rostoucí ceny energií, ale také nutnost a potřeba chránit životní prostředí pro další generace. Má bakalářská práce se proto věnuje tématu nízkoenergetických rodinných domů. V teoreticko – metodologické části práce vysvětluji základní rozdělení a charakteristiku rodinných domů z hlediska energetické náročnosti a podstatu průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy. Dále se práce věnuje zásadám návrhu nízkoenergetického rodinného domu a zvolenému stavebnímu systému. Podstatnou a nejrozsáhlejší částí celé bakalářské práce je architektonická studie a projekt pro stavební povolení rodinného domu, který jak v architektonickém a projektovém, tak dispozičním pojetí využívá možnosti keramického systému POROTHERM. Dům odpovídá novodobým požadavkům na moderní bydlení a akceptuje soudobý životní styl. Celý projekt byl tepelně posouzen včetně výpočtu pro průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy.

Abstract:

Energy intensity reduction in buildings is a trend that we can notice in construction industry already since the eighties of the last century. However, the popularity of construction of low energy houses has been increasing in recent years. Technological development, increasing costs of energy but also necessity and need of environment protection for future generations have a big impact on it. Therefore my bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of low energy family houses. The theoretical and methodological part explains the basic division and characteristics of houses in terms of energy intensity and nature of the Energy Performance Certificate. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on design principles of low-energy house and chosen building system. The architectural study and project for building permission of a family house is the substantial and the most important part of the whole thesis. This both in architectural and project concept uses the brick system POROTHERM. The house corresponds to requirements of modern living and accepts the current lifestyle. The whole project was thermally evaluated, including the calculation for the Energy Performance Certificate.
