Physical activity and correct posture in Kindergarten – case study.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prostředím mateřské školy a pohybovou aktivitou dětí v předškolním věku. Teoretická část popisuje předškolní vzdělávání, zdravou mateřskou školu, předškolní věk dětí a držení těla. Dále práce pojednává o prostředí mateřské školy, popisuje důležitost denního řádu a společných pravidel a zmiňuje i věcné podmínky třídy. V práci je kladen důraz i na pohybové aktivity dětí, a to, do jaké míry se mu mateřská škola věnuje ve třídě a také venku. V rámci prevence onemocnění bakalářská práce pojednává o nebezpečí obezity a o tom, jakým způsobem se jí dá předejít. Praktická část je zaměřena na případovou studii konkrétní třídy, kde probíhalo výzkumné šetření, na velikost prostoru, vhodnost školního nábytku, stav držení těla ve stoje i při sezení a na pohyb dětí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the kindergarten environment and physical activity of children at preschool age. The theoretical part describes pre-school education, healthy nursery school, preschool age and children‘s posture. Furthermore this bachelor thesis deals with the environment of the kindergarten. It describes the importance of daily regulations and common rules and also material conditions of the class. The thesis describes the importance of children's physical activity, and the way in which kindergarten deals with both in the classroom and also outside. In the prevention of disease the bachelor thesis also describes the dangers of obesity and how to prevented. The practical part is focused on a case study of particular class, where research was conducted on the size of space in the classroom, appropriateness of school furniture, the state of posture in a standing position even while sitting and the movement of children.
