Práce se zabývá výjimkami a omezeními z užití autosrského díla. Je zaměřena na právní úpravu v České republice. Práce se zabývá pojmem autorského práva a jeho předmětem. Pojednává rovněž o české a mezinárodní právní úpravě autorského práva.
