Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem právní úpravy opravy chyby v katastru nemovitostí. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na základní pojmy, kterých se tento institut nejvíce dotýká, a na aktuální právní úpravu uvedenou v katastrálním zákoně a katastrální vyhlášce. This bachelor thesis deals with the legal analysis of the corrections of incorrect data in the Land registry. The introductory part of this thesis is focused on the basic concepts which this institute is most related with and on the current legal regulation stated in the Cadastral Act and the Cadastral Decree.
