Cíl mé diplomové práce je komparace daňového zatížení zaměstnanců pro Českou republiku a Velkou Británii. V teoretické části mé diplomové práce analyzuji konstrukční prvky osobní důchodové daně pro zaměstnance, abych mohla stanovit podmínky pro výpočty v praktické části. The purpose of my master thesis I compare the tax burden of the employee in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom. In theoretical part of my thesis I analyse tax legislation in these states.
