Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit stav aktivních a pasivních prvků logistiky ve společnosti Saint-Gobain Sekurit s následnými návrhy na modernější prvky pro efektivnější vedení různých logistických procesů. Práce je členěna do teoretické a aplikační části. V teoretické části byly definovány základní pojmy a poznatky, ze kterých se vychází při analýze. Na základě analýzy současného stavu jsou v práci determinovány nedostatky v logistických aktivitách, ve kterých by právě modernější prvek logistiky mohl účelně vyřešit onen nedostatek dané společnosti. Návrhy řešení vybraných problémů se opírají o využití dat získaných metodami pozorovacími, metodou analýzy a syntézy, využitím neformálních rozhovorů, komparace, dedukce. Návrhy jsou vypracovány v podobě nejvhodnějších variant řešení daného stavu a jejich efektivnost je zhodnocena ekonomickým vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to appraise the status of active and passive logistic members in the company Saint-Gobain Sekurit with following proposals the advanced members for more efficient leading of different logistic operations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Within the theoretical background, the basic concepts and knowledge which represented the basis for the analyses were defined. Based on the analysis of the current state, the major deficiencies in logistics operations of the particular enterprise were determined. In which the more advanced logistic member was able to solve the deficiencies at the company efficiently. The proposals of the selected problems solutions are based on the utilizing the data retrieved by methods of observation, analysis and synthesis, the informal interviews, comparison, deduction. The proposals are elaborated in the form of the most suitable variants of the particular state solution, and their effectiveness is assessed by the economic evaluation.
