Abstract:

The role of business planning in the investment strategy of a company is very high, as it is a business plan allows you to combine tactical and strategic elements of financial provision of enterprise activity, allows you to manage cash flow and find the optimal investment resources for implementation firm strategy. The necessity of a development and implementation of the strategic planning systems in hotel enterprises is dictated by a growing instability of an external environment, an increasing speed of its economic and social changes that significantly exceed the rate of response of hotel business. A condition for achieving desired performance targets in the long-term and strategic time periods are creation of an efficiently functioning system for the strategic planning of hotel development and increasing the efficiency of resource usage.
