Abstract:
Tato bakalářská v úvodu popisuje základní kritéria metodik řízení vývoje IS/IT. Dále popisuje základní charakteristiky metodiky MDIS. Popisuje další metodiky řízení vývoje a provozu IS/IT jako je RUP ARIS a ITIL . Závěrečná část práce popisuje návrh jak implementovat metodiku řízení vývoje a provozu IS/IT v bance.
