Abstract:
Ve své teoretické části nabízí práce výklad pojmu správní akty, praktickou část práce tvoří rozbor legálních postupů k nápravě protiústavních podzákonných správních aktů.
Abstract:
The work provides the explanation of administrative acts concept in it´s theoretical part, in the practical part there is the analysis of legal procedures to reparation of unconstitutional by-law.
