Chemoimunoterapie, která zahrnuje podávání anti-CD20 monoklonálních protilátek, je standardní léčbou chronické lymfatické leukémie a non-hodgkinovských lymfomů. Maligní B-lymfocyty bohužel často snižují expresi molekuly CD20 na svém povrchu, což vede ke vzniku rezistence a následnému selhání terapie. Chemoimmunotherapy, which includes administration of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies, is the first-line treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
