Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis výkonu státní správy v oblasti vodního hospodářství. Jejím cílem je na konkrétním případě procesu povolování výstavby a provozu čistírny odpadních vod Dobříš vyhodnotit činnost vodoprávního úřadu a České inspekce životního prostředí.
