Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je studie proveditelnosti celorepublikové expanze sítě prodejen s módními džínsy. Nejdříve jsou popsány důležité součásti studie proveditelnosti, použité postupy a metody. Následně je popsán rozvoj maloobchodu v České republice s důrazem na denimové sortimenty.Praktická část obsahuje popis projektu, společnosti a zpracované ekonomické ukazatele efektivnosti investice.Závěr obsahuje shrnutí výsledků, poznatků a mé doporučení společnosti.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is a feasibility study of nationwide expansion of a chain of stores with fashionable jeans. Firstly, the important components of the feasibility study, the procedures and methods used are described. Subsequently, the development of the retail trade in the Czech Republic is described, with an emphasis on denim assortments.The practical part contains a description of the project, the company and elaborated economic indicators of the effectiveness of the investment.The conclusion contains a summary of the results, findings and my recommendation to the company.
