Diplomová práce se zabývá nutričními hodnotami přesnídávek dětí na 1. stupni ZŠ v běžných a ve vyloučených lokalitách v Ústí nad Labem a v Trmicích. Teoretická část je zaměřena na výživu obecně, zejména dětí v období mladšího školního věku, na hodnocení výživového stavu dětí, dále pak na požadavky na skladbu školní svačiny (výběr potravin, nutriční hodnoty potravin). This thesis deals with the nutritional value of midmorning snacks for children in the 1st grade of primary school in mainstream and in marginalised locales in Ústí nad Labem and Trmice.
