Effect of substrate on the type of surface adhesion and corrosion resistance of adhesives in body building

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce byla vytvořena jako literární rešerše na téma vliv druhu substrátu na přilnavost a korozní odolnost lepidel ve stavbě karoserií. Věnuje se přípravě lepidel před nanášením v praxi, technologii úpravy a přípravy povrchů plechů. Jsou zde popsány technologické postupy lepení i postupy při výrobě antikorozních povlaků. V experimentální části je testována pevnost vybraných lepidel na používaných povrchových úpravách plechů před a po korozi. Výsledky jednotlivých zkoušek byly porovnány.

Abstract:

This bachelor work was created as a literary background research. It is themed influence of a substrate type on adhesion and corrosion resistance of adhesives in the construction of bodies. It is devoted to preparation of adhesives before applying in practice, technology of adjustion and preparation of the surface of sheets of tin. Technological procedures of bonding and procedures of creation of anticorrosion surface are both described here. In the experimental part is tested the strenght of chosen adhesives on used surface adjustements of sheets of tin before and after corrosion. The results were in the end compared.
