Analysis of HR processes in the selected firm

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis represents processes of an HR management, which are used in practice. Project consists from 4 subsections, where two of them are theoretical parts, practical one, where is chosen company as an example and last is the personal recommendations, proposals according to the knowledge which author got during analysing this field and also will include conclusion. In the theoretical part will be shown what HRM represents, its meaning and definition and HR functions and roles as a process. In practical part, will be chosen a company in Kazakhstan, the roles and responsibilities of an HR manager in it. The main goal and purpose of the work is to connect two main parts: theoretical and practical, analysing HR processes to get to know how to use them in practice. To show the importance of HRM in company`s life, also its development through the years.
