Abstract:
Disertační práce se zabývá různými správněprávními aspekty výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Institut chápaný tradičně jako součást trestního práva je tak intepretován zejména jako specifický správněprávní vztah, který lze uchopit běžnými pojmy a instituty správního práva.
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with topic of different aspects of the service of imprisonment from the point of view of administrative law.
